Course Description

​This two-day workshop will empower you with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and its application to complex project problems. You will earn the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation awarded by the Scrum Alliance; the most widely recognised network of agile software development professionals in the world.

Candidates will have 2 Test Attempts within 90 calendar days following the course to achieve the certification.

Event grants free membership to Scrum Alliance for 2 Years.

You will gain direct experience with Scrum and learn about the context from which the framework emerged. Through direct experience and deep understanding of the intentions of Scrum, you will have confidence to apply the techniques effectively in your particular project situations.

Who Should Attend

 The course for everyone who is about to start using Scrum or has already gathered some experience and wants to deepen their understanding. The ScrumMaster role is the focus of the course, however it is also suitable for team members or managers who would like an introduction to Scrum. This may include managers, programmers, testers, analysts, product managers or anyone interested in working on or with a Scrum Team.
